Step 1: Pick from one of our many stock plans
*There are a variety of layouts, sizes, and styles to choose from.
*Use our search options to locate a plan to fit your needs or call for assistance.
Step 2: Make a list of desired modifications
*Anything and everything can be modified.
*Some changes are more difficult than others, please call if you have any questions.
Step 3: Email, Fax, or Call Jeff Andrews CHD to discuss desired modifications
*Fax requests to 805.581.6904 or Call to speak to a designer directly at 805.304.7006
*All requests will receive a response within 24 hours.
Step 4: Once quoted and agreed upon, plan will be sent out for approval.
*Retainer fee is usually requested at this step.
*If not approved, the revisions process will continue until all requests are met.
Step 5: Plans finalized and ready to be sent out for construction.
*Highly skilled draftsmen will modify all plans to match revisions.
*Process ranges from 2 to 14 days depending on revisions.
*Plan requirements differ from state to state, contact your local building dept. or call for more information.
